GEDA were delighted to welcome A‑Level students from a range of local schools to our Student Insight Days, all with a keen interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.

Held across our GB & Northern Ireland offices and sites, the two‑day programme gave students an inside look at ‘Who GEDA are’, ‘What we do’, and how our projects come together showcasing a wide range of people, roles and expertise that make up the company.

Throughout the days, students received demonstrations and received insightful information from colleagues across the organisation, including:

Environmental
Quantity Surveying
Contract Management
Procurement
Civil Engineering
Site Management
Senior Management

Students also gained hands‑on experience including live site visits, equipment demos, drone flying, first aid training and CSR training, helping to bring classroom learning into a real‑world construction setting.
