Team GEDA have secured two new contracts in the midlands and are looking forward to the projects commencing later this year.

North Wingfield

Delivered in collaboration with The Guinness Partnership and North Wingfield Parish Council, the new residential and community scheme will create 64 new affordable homes alongside fantastic community facilities. This will include a new sports pavilion, MUGA pitch, skate park and full-size football pitches.

Baker Street

A landmark scheme will see the creation of 77 high quality retirement apartments at Baker Street, each thoughtfully designed to support independent living while offering a blend of affordable and shared ownership homes.
