GEDA are constructing 52 social housing units at Knock Road, Belfast for Radius Housing.

Following a recent visit by Considerate Constructors, the site achieved an impressive score of 43/45!

The monitor commented:

“The site have stringent procedures in place to ensure the community is not negatively impacted by the project. The team plan to further engage with local schools, WomensTec and East Belfast Mission and provide site talks and visits. Environmental procedures and systems are in place to ensure the site adheres to environmental objectives and adheres to their Environmental Management system. Regular safety and environmental H&S inspections and toolbox talks are taking place. The investment in the workforce is evident through the policies in place, training available, access to health assessments, mental health first aiders and team building events.”
