The students came from a mixture of schools across the North and are considering either construction or civil engineering as a career.

Here’s what they got up to during their time with us:

Day 1: An overview of the different roles and department – from HR and Bids to Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers. This included talks from department heads and demonstrations in flying a drone and using a CAT & Genny

Day 2: Official CSR training course and certification delivered by Grainne from Industry Training Services

Day 3: Site tours of both our Knock Road construction site for Radius Housing and our Ravenhill Flood Alleviation Scheme for client NI Water
