Sherwin Road Sod Cutting in Lenton, Nottingham!
Team GEDA celebrates work commencing on Sherwin Road in Nottingham, East Midlands on behalf of our client Jigsaw Homes.
We recently celebrated works commencing on our new residential site in Lenton, Nottingham.
We welcomed Jigsaw Homes to our site sod cutting event to mark the beginning of Sherwin Road, a design and build project that will bring affordable homes to the area.
The project began with the demolition of the “World Wood Furniture store”, which will see the creation of two, brand new three-storey apartment blocks. One of the blocks will consist of 19 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments and another will contain 11 one-bedroom apartments.

“The site itself has been underutilised over the past number of years and it is terrific that it is now being redeveloped into 34 affordable homes and we are delighted to be working on this scheme with our client Jigsaw Homes Group.
We would like to thank Jigsaw, Nottingham Council and our project partners for attending the project on this special occasion.
We look forward to progressing the project with everyone involved.
