St Patricks Grammar School, Armagh

This project included both alterations and extensions throughout the building over the three floors. It included removal of asbestos, removal of existing walls, under pinning existing foundations, disconnections of electrical and mechanical supplies. We created new stud partition walls and new foundations and ground beams. We installed a new kitchen, a new lift, new doors, new windows, new outdoor grass and bitmac areas. General and specialist classrooms were fitted out with new furniture, new toilets were installed along with metal fire escapes. Internal refurbishments were carried out in areas such as school chapel, priest living quarters and pupil dormitories.
