Roddensvale Extension Works

Accommodation included 2 no. 65 sq m classrooms, resource area, stores, and a link corridor. GEDA site team liaised continually with the school representative to ensure that work activities did not impact the day-to-day activities of the school.  The new works is of traditional construction, with a steel frame, timber rafters and insulated roof. External works included an anchor retaining wall, bitmac finish, external access stairs and ramp and all necessary drainage requirements.
