Riddel Hall, QUB

This unique project comprises construction of single storey study hall, within the restrictive garden area of Riddel Hall. The building frame was steel with the envelope consisting of insulated aluminium cladding external leaf and dry lining inner leaf, with vertical timber cladding elements. The roof consisted of a tapered insulation on a flat timber joisted roof laid to fall into secret parapet gutter, with aluminium parapet capping, with associated drainage and ground works.
