NI Water Offices, Belfast

NI Water planned to redesign their office space to enhance the working environment of NI Water staff. In doing so they restructured their use of space and maximised natural daylight. Phased works involved the refurbishment and adaption of existing stores and plant buildings to provide new office accommodation and a staff canteen. Open plan offices and a new canteen area were constructed including new mechanical and electrical installations throughout.
