Works involved the construction of Lidl store including car park and associated drainage works.
Further Information on the project:
Located at Castlebawn Drive, Newtownards, GEDA constructed a new Type 14 LIDL store, car park and associated drainage and access road.
The Type 14 building had the following construction methods: raft foundation containing 570 cubic metres of concrete, precast concrete columns and wall panels, glulam timber beams, curtain walling, insulated roof panels and wall panels, welfare area constructed using partition walls, timber joisting, suspended ceilings, MF ceilings, kitchen fit out and finishes and extensive M&E fit out including AHU ventilation.
