Works involved the construction of 18no new affordable homes for Seven Locks.
Further Information on the project:
The scheme involved the demolition of vacant and unsightly bed-sit flats previously occupied by elderly people and the construction of 18 mixed-dwelling units to revive the area and enable residents to remain in their community.
Due to the high standard of design and construction this project won the FBE Residential Award of the year!
