Farnborough Court, Clifton

This development involved the partial demolition of existing college buildings and the construction of a new two-storey facility, integrating elements of the retained structures. A separate three-storey building was constructed to provide 50 independent living apartments for older adults. The project included upgrades to the existing access routes, the creation of new pedestrian and cycle paths, a car park, comprehensive drainage infrastructure, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
