Elston Lane, Elston, Newark, Nottinghamshire

Located in the village of Elston, Nottinghamshire, this project involved the construction of ten new dwellings for affordable rent and shared ownership. The scheme has been designed and constructed to reflect the historic streetscape of the village, with single storey dwellings akin to stable blocks forming an entrance to the site, and a series of two storey dwellings arranged around a central courtyard, akin to a traditional farmyard.
