This award recognises one of our top performing students for their contribution and development over their year’s placement with GEDA.

It is usually a very difficult decision and this year was certainly no exception. The standard was extremely high and we would like to commend all of our students for their hard work, commitment and positive impact while they were here. Kevin Carey was a colleague of ours, a civil engineer who was a terrific mentor to students. He was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging, and found mentoring students very rewarding. This award is in memory of him.
