Project Summary:
GEDA proudly delivered Sunningdale Gardens, Belfast, the first social housing project for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in 25 years.
Further Information on the project:
This project showcases the implementation of modern methods of construction to meet Passiv Haus standards, ensuring these homes are energy efficient and future-proof for the local community.
The ultra-low energy construction techniques employed will significantly enhance energy efficiency for tenants, reducing carbon emissions, lowering heating bills, and providing more comfortable living spaces.
It has been a privilege working within the Belfast community, achieving 45/45 through the Considerate Constructors Scheme and collaborating with the Housing Executive to deliver much-needed sustainable housing.
