DKB Psychology Refurbishment, David Kerr Building, QUB

The project comprises of the refurbishment of computer labs and offices on floors 1, 2 and 3 within the psychology department of the David Keir Building. The scope of works included minor demolition works to include removal of stud wall partitions, formation of door openings and removal of existing facilities, refurbishment of existing historically protected floors, painting works, replacement of existing ceilings and floor finishes and an extensive upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical network within the works area.
