Congratulations to our amazing site teams at Letterkenny Road, Derry/Londonderry and Sunningdale Gardens, Omagh!

We’re ecstatic to share that our Derry and Omagh projects have both received a phenomenal 45 out of 45 from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Letterkenny Road will deliver 40 new apartments on behalf of our valued client Radius Housing. The project is comprised of 3 apartment blocks, located in a beautiful part of the city with views of the River Foyle.  The social housing project is on track to be delivered in Summer 2025.

Sunningdale Gardens is a social housing project that is comprised of six beautiful semi-detached homes, which are due to be completed in September for our client, Northern Ireland Housing Executive.  These homes will be built using ultralow energy techniques to meet Passive House Standards, which means lower energy bills for the people who live there.
