We are a leading Civil Engineering and Building Company, with a turnover in excess of £40million. We have office locations in Tyrone (NI) and in the East Midlands (England), delivering high quality construction and civil engineering projects across the UK and Ireland. We operate in all aspects of Construction from Civils and Water Infrastructure through to Commercial and Residential projects.

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Bid Writer (including Marketing responsibilities) to join our Team. Based at Head Office, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager and Team, Internal departments and external supply chain helping to deliver these central business development functions.

The Role

• Review and analyse PQQ/ tender documents
• Prepare & proof read written responses to PQQ/Tender questions
• Produce and update supporting documentation
• Preparation of tender presentations when required
• Review, feedback and edit bid responses as appropriate
• Create high-quality written marketing content for internal and external channels
• Ambassador of GEDA branding – providing advice and support to the company and external bodies
• Work alongside the events team to create opportunities to engage internal and external audiences
• Measure and report on content engagement
• Keeping abreast of digital trends
• Preparation of award entries & company presentations
• Content generation for online platform

Your Experience

• 3+ years in similar roles (preferably but not essential in the construction industry)
• Hold a marketing / communications qualification
• Training and experience of using digital design tools

You will develop professionally and personally as a successful Marketing Officer_Bid Writer with an established organisation.
