Graduate Engineer
Location: East Midlands
DUTIES & JOB ROLE

We require a Graduate / Site Engineer to work on building projects within the East Midlands.  The successful candidate must have either a building / construction engineering honours degree.  A current clean driving licence is essential for the post.

Essential criteria:

  • Degree qualification (honours) in building / construction engineering.
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Ability to manage electronic information, including using CAD, MS Project and other Microsoft programmes and setting out using an EDM.
  • Excellent communication skills and good general commercial awareness.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Assistant. Based at our Head Office in Dungannon, this person will be involved in the initial stages of the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & tracking new business leads.
  • Raising the Company’s profile.
  • Establishing and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Gathering technical data from internal operational teams (e.g. HSEQ, HR, IT) to identify innovative and best practice ideas to integrate into bid responses.
  • Attending meet the buyer & other events and follow up work.
  • Assisting in bid preparation.

Buyer
Location: Dungannon, N Ireland
DUTIES & JOB ROLE

Due to continued growth we require a Buyer to work alongside our QS Team. Based in Dungannon, the successful candidate will join our existing Buying team in undertaking the buying function for the business.  They will source, negotiate and procure materials for building projects across the UK and Ireland.

  • Manage the material procurement process.
  • Ensuring materials are procured at best value, best quality and delivered on time to meet programme
  • Research the market to identify new suppliers and new products to improve our supply chain.
  • Prepare and issue comprehensive enquires and undertake comparisons in order to  make recommendations to the contract management team.
  • Keep detailed records and a well organised work schedule.
  • Assess the reliability of suppliers to meet agreed standards and programme.
