Project Summary:
Works required the construction of a large modern apartment building for those over the age of 55, within the town centre of Ballyclare.
Further Information on the project:
The project consisted of site clearance of a vacant brownfield site and the construction of a 3-storey apartment building. This comprised of 39 new apartments, a social enterprise unit, basement parking spaces, courtyard and all associated site works.
