The proposed works involve up-grading & rationalising the sewerage network and wastewater treatment facilities at Dunlavin. Works are outlined below:
 Design, construction & commissioning of new treatment facility and associated siteworks at Milltown. Capacity 2400PE (population equivalent), effluent to be pumped approx 4.7km to Colbinstown Bridge.
 Decommissioning of existing Milltown plant.
 Decommissioning of existing Logatryna plant & reinstatement of site.
 Design & construction of new submersible pumping station Logatryna and 480m of new rising main for transfer flows to Milltown.
 Up-grade of existing foul network to include 2188m of new gravity sewer.
 Construction of approx 511m of new surface water sewer from Church Rd to the River Greese.
 Reinstatement & accommodation works to landowners.
